I have been in real estate brokerage business since 1976 however, I am now dedicated to REO only. I believe that in order to give the corporate client maximum service, one must start with the basic premise that regular residential realty is vastly different from REO asset management. My firm is an exclusive REO Brokerage for the corporate and private investor client, specializing in the marketing, managing and recovery of assets, liquidating non-performing assets, risk/valuation assessment for litigated real estate probate and general assets liquidation. In short, I try to put my clients in the best position to minimize negative asset recovery and maximize time control.

Firm Assets Services

Field asset services include all of your authorized property maintenance through established accounts with the area utility companies, service providers and contractors. Qualified vendors supply asset services ranging from clean up, seasonal & lawn maintenance, well & septic to major repairs. W-9s, insurance certificates, itemized paid invoices/proof of payment are included in your monthly report and trailers in the final report after closing.
