I’ve been in the residential real estate business since 1976 and since 1997, dedicated to REO and corporate side only. I believe that in order to give the corporate client maximum service, one must start with the basic premise that regular residential realty is vastly different from REO asset management. My firm is an exclusive REO Brokerage for the corporate and private investor client, specializing in the marketing, managing and recovery of assets, liquidating non-performing assets, risk/valuation assessment for litigated real estate probate and general assets liquidation. In short, I try to put my clients in the best position to minimize negative asset recovery and maximize time control.
